Booked a room with lovely views overlooking the garden and the fort.

Authentic & incredibly comfortable room, with an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and climate control. Magnificent view from the window, comfy bed. Unbeatable and magnificent location in Nizwa, just off a quiet alley, the main attractions in niswa-the fort and the souk and niswa-the fort. Also, is perfect positioned behind the Nizwa Fort-can walk to everything.

the location was excellent and stunning - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go.

This venue has a clean and traditional design with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

We booked a double room that was complete with the garden of the fort and the fort itself and cushions as advertised. We had an electric kettle and a refrigerator in the room.

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying an awesome area, close enough to tourist places, the illuminated nizwa fort and the surrounding mountains. The location in the middle of the town was best possible and quiet. I often went to Boom Burger to pick up some food...

The room was cosy and lovely. the place itself was beautiful. There were exceptionally comfortable beds. the restaurant served a huge variety of meals for breakfast. the location was magnificent. the private parking was on-site. We found good prices in the hotel.

Incredibly beautiful place to stay for 3 days. Had a double room with views right into the garden of the fort, the garden, and cushions. - Marvellous and excellent location, close to everything in Nizwa. - Based close enough to the main attractions in Nizwa - the fort and souq.

The central location of this place, situated behind the fort, allows easy access to everything on foot.
